The party responsible is the natural or legal person who, alone or together with others, decides on the goals and methods of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Revoking Your Consent to the Processing of Your Data

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke the consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing performed prior to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Object to the Collection of Data in Special Cases and to Direct Advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection statement. If you lodge your objection, we will no longer process the personal data that concerns you, unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (objection on the basis of Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).

Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such advertising, including profiling to the extent it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for purposes of direct marketing (objection on the basis of Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR).

Right to file complaints with the regulatory authorities

In the event of infringements of the GDPR, the persons concerned shall have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their habitual residence, workplace or place of presumed infringement. The right of complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data which we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract automatically delivered to yourself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.

SSL or TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://", and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

Disclosure, Blocking, Deletion and Correction

As permitted by law, you have the right to be provided with information free of charge at any time about any of your personal data that is stored as well as its origin, the recipient and the purpose for which it has been processed. You also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. For further information on personal data you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

Right to Request Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can contact us at any time at the address stated on our site notice page. The right to restrict the processing is given in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. During the period of verification, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
  • If the processing of your personal data has taken/is taking place unlawfully, you can demand the restriction of data processing instead of data deletion.
  • If we no longer require your personal data but you need them for exercising, defending or asserting legal claims, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of data being deleted.
  • If you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, your and our interests must be weighed. As long as it has not been ascertained whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

Where processing of your personal data has been restricted, such data, apart from being stored, may be processed only with your consent, or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending rights or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person, or on the grounds of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

Objection to Promotional E-Mails

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational material not expressly requested. The website operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event that unsolicited marketing material is received, for example, spam e-mails.

Most of the cookies we use are "session cookies." We do not collect any personal data via cookies. Other cookies remain in your device's memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognise your browser when you next visit the site.

You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the use of cookies and you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions, or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies which are necessary to allow electronic communications or to provide certain functions you wish to use (such as the shopping cart) are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR. The website owner has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the correct technical and optimised delivery of his services. If other cookies (such as those used to analyse your surfing behaviour) are also stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • the operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • the IP address
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimisation of his website - for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact Form

Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, in order to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your permission.

We will therefore process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until such time as you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Enquiry by E-Mail, Phone or Fax

If you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax, your request, including all ensuing personal data (name, nature of enquiry), is stored and processed by us for the purposes of processing your request. We do not share this data without your permission.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request relates to the execution of a contract or is required to carry out pre-contractual activities. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) as we have a legitimate interest in the effective handling of the requests addressed to us.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until its deletion is requested, your consent for storage is revoked, or the purpose for its storage is no longer applicable (e.g. after the handling of your enquiry has been completed). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected.

Newsletter

Our free Cleverreach newsletter informs you regularly about new products and special promotions. Your data entered here will only be used to personalise the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. You can always sign out from the newsletter or withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to info@li-ex.de. Your data will be deleted within 1 month after the end of the newsletter receipt, provided that there are no legal storage obligations. By sending the data you have entered, you consent to data processing and confirm our privacy policy.

We use the Google service reCaptcha in the registration function of our Cleverreach newsletter to determine whether a person or a computer makes a certain entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following data to determine whether you are a human being or a computer: IP address of the terminal device used, the website that you visit and on which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks for which you must identify images. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation.
