World Conference Center, Bonn
Sophisticated slat linear lighting and tailor-made light lines underscore unique image of the WCC Bonn.
The lighting concept in the foyer of the World Conference Center is determined by the impressive architecture of the ceiling windows. The aim was to use the special bolt construction as a point of departure to create a daylight-like lighting by means of individual light lines.
After a detailed light calculation and determination of the locations and distribution of luminaires, each line was manufactured in-house, specifically for this project. 10 different light fields with different dimensions could be created with our Micro Line System. Brushed surface of the light lines adapts almost invisibly to the latch construction and optimally supports the elaborate architecture in darkness. A total of 600 meters MLS were installed, which was divided into 139 individual lights with different lengths.
